Successful share capital increase of Goodwill Pharma Plc.

Goodwill Pharma Plc. has successfully issued 7,017,545 new ordinary shares of Goodwill Pharma Plc. and increased its share capital by HUF 70,175,450 (EUR 184,700) in a private placement. In the framework of the share capital increase, the company raised HUF 1,333,333,550 (EUR 3,509,235) of fresh capital, mainly from domestic institutional investors. The company will initiate the registration of the new shares on the Xtend platform of the Budapest Stock Exchange after the registration of the capital increase with the Commercial Court and the issue of the new shares. The transaction was supported by Concorde MB Partners Kft. as appointed advisor, and by Gárdos Mosonyi Tomori Law Office as transactional legal advisor.
