Health FoundationThe aim of our Foundation is to actively contribute to the preservation of people's health, the prevention of diseases, curative and medical rehabilitation activities. We support the training of doctors, pharmacists and health professionals, as well as scientific research and professional projects. Our aim is to help more people to live healthier lives for longer.
2017 marked 80 years since Albert Szent-Györgyi was awarded the Nobel Prize in Medicine and Physiology in recognition of his research. To mark the anniversary, the Goodwill Pharma for Health Foundation has established the Albert Szent-Györgyi Medical Prize, which it aims to award each year to doctors who are deemed worthy by a professional jury and patients in recognition of their work.
The award is open to professionals who have saved the lives of their patients or who have practised with such dedication in their everyday medical work that they have shown exceptional dedication, scientific rigour and humanitarianism in helping those who come to them.
Goodwill Pharma az Egészségért Közhasznú Alapítvány has been registered as a non-governmental organisation by the Szeged Court of Justice since 17 May 2017.
